Jordan bought his first property in 2002 and began his career in Real Estate sales in 2004, working with a small brokerage in South West Florida. With a rapidly changing market in the late 2000s, Jordan branched out into property management, where he quickly began overseeing a portfolio of over 120 properties, owned by approximately 80 different investors, and occupied by about 200 tenants.
In 2009, Jordan returned to sales and quickly developed a loyal customer base consisting of overjoyed buyers, investors, and sellers. “I built my business implementing three basic principles: 1) Do what you say you are going to do; 2) Work honestly, fairly, and diligently; and 3) Answer the phone, and/or return messages promptly.”
In 2015 Jordan moved to the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex where he continues to assist buyers, sellers and investors in both Florida and Texas. In addition to helping clients with their Real Estate needs, Jordan also buys distressed properties as an investor, in an effort to renovate homes, improve communities, and convert long time renters into first time home buyers. Jordan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hodges University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He holds an active Real Estate Brokers license in both Texas and Florida, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honors Society.
