And as we have learned some are good and some are not so good. When we first met him, he allowed me to explain my situation and patiently listened to my concerns. After listing to me Jordan setup listing for me to look at in different areas of DFW and helped me to better understand the area. Jordan spent may days driving around town with me looking for a house eventually we had to expand my search just a bit further that what I originally was looking for, this help tremendously and helped me find the house I was looking for, Jordan negotiated with the builder to get the price down and get me more incentives on closing costs and lower interest rate on the property.
